Ok, let's see if I'm able to successfully log my time for this past week.
May 15: One hour step aerobics, 20 minutes walking
May 16: 1/2 hour circuit training, 30 minutes walking
May 17: 20 minutes walking
May 18: One hour aerobics, 20 minutes walking
May 19: One hour stretch and tone
May 20: Two hours gardening, 45 minutes walking
May 21: One hour walking
